This policy covers The Workshop, a personal planning app for tracking work in progress and a daily schedule. It's built and run by an individual creator, not a company, and it's designed to hold as little about you as it reasonably can.
We don't collect location data, contacts, photos, analytics, or advertising identifiers. There are no third-party trackers or ad networks in this app.
Everything collected is used for exactly one purpose: making the app work for you — signing you in, syncing your data across your devices, and letting you recover access if you forget your password. Nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored in a private database on the creator's own hosting account, not a large third-party cloud platform. It's only accessed to operate and maintain the app.
If you use the "forgot password" option, we send a one-time reset link to the email address on your account. That email address isn't used for anything else, like newsletters or marketing.
You can permanently delete your account and everything in it at any time from within the app itself, under your account menu. This removes your account, your boards and cards, and your schedule entries immediately and completely — no need to contact anyone to request it.
This app is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new "last updated" date above.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to the app's support contact listed on its app store page.
